Zhiguang Electric has long been committed to the green and efficient management of energy. Through advanced technological products combined with digital solutions, the company continues to drive industrial transformation and reshape the landscape of clean and efficient energy utilization.

At this year’s SNEC exhibition, Zhiguang Electric made a strong international debut with its industrial and commercial (C&I) energy storage products and supporting digital-intelligent solutions. Key highlights included the next-generation fully liquid-cooled modular C&I energy storage system M-BESS, the localized energy management system LMS, the big data integrated management system DMS for large-scale comprehensive energy scenarios, and the intelligent cloud-based platform CMS 3.0.

These new-generation C&I storage products and smart solutions are designed to meet the diverse needs of end-user scenarios, enhance energy and carbon management, create new value growth opportunities, and accelerate the achievement of carbon neutrality goals.

I. Modular M-BESS: Being Modular: Creating Flexible C&I Energy Storage Solutions

The fully liquid-cooling, modular M-BESS adopts a highly modularized design. Each M-BESS module functions as a complete energy storage system on its own or can be flexibly combined into a MWh-scale solution. Electrically, the modules can be directly connected in parallel; spatially, they support side-by-side and back-to-back installations—ensuring maximum convenience and flexibility in installation, deployment, operation, and maintenance with minimal footprint.

The M-BESS series is available in various capacities—233kWh, 261kWh, and 522kWh—and is widely applicable in scenarios such as distributed solar/wind-storage power stations, solar-storage-charging superstations, smart microgrids, industrial parks, and integrated energy systems. It is an ideal choice for customers seeking a balance between flexibility and cost-effectiveness.

II. Modular M-BESS: Digital and Smart: Redefining C&I Energy Storage Management

The M-BESS is a fully liquid-cooled, highly integrated, intelligent standalone energy storage system. Each module is equipped with a dedicated intelligent controller (PMS), which acts as the “brain” of the system, enabling full digital-intelligent management.

The PMS connects and manages all subsystems within each module. Combined with the local energy management system LMS and the CMS energy and carbon management cloud platform, it forms a comprehensive “S3” intelligent management architecture. This system optimizes operational efficiency, balances battery capacity, manages device and ambient temperatures, and enables multi-level safety and thermal protection—ensuring safe and efficient system operation.

III. LMS and DMS: Smart Control for End-User Energy Stations

The LMS (Localized Management System) serves as an intelligent decision-making engine for the collaborative operation of source-grid-load-storage systems. Acting as the “digital brain” of energy stations, LMS utilizes edge computing and AI algorithms to coordinate the operations of wind, solar, storage, and charging equipment in real-time, achieving dynamic balance among energy production, consumption, and storage.

Designed with reliability, cost-effectiveness, and safety in mind, LMS offers local autonomy, smart dispatching, security protection, and aggregated regulation—empowering users with intelligent energy control.

The DMS (Data Management System) further expands LMS's capabilities in big data analytics. With powerful computing and storage capabilities, DMS can manage large-scale wind, solar, and storage systems, conduct device health and lifecycle analysis using long-term data, and train localized energy AI models. It can also function as a higher-level dispatch center overseeing multiple LMS units, forming a two-tier control network that enables advanced energy strategies such as energy interaction and aggregation.

IV. CMS 3.0: Cloud-based and AI-driven: A New AI-Driven, Cloud-based Collaborative Energy-Carbon Management Platform
CMS 3.0 is a new-generation comprehensive energy and carbon management platform built on “cloud-based collaboration + AI-driven” technologies. It deeply integrates smart microgrids, energy IoT, and digital twin technologies, connecting the systems like LMS, DMS, EMS, and intelligent control systems such as PMS and DCS, forming a synergistic “cloud-base-terminal” S3 digital management framework.

Through real-time data integration, advanced analytics, and AI algorithms, CMS 3.0 delivers optimal strategies for economic operation, energy optimization, and asset management across various energy scenarios. It also aggregates distributed energy and controllable loads to build Virtual Power Plants, enabling participation in grid demand response and unlocking new revenue models.

Zhiguang Electric will continue expanding the frontiers of energy interconnectivity, precisely measuring the value of every kilowatt-hour, and transforming every green investment into sustainable competitive strength—contributing to a secure, low-carbon, and highly efficient energy future.
